Bhaktapur is the rich of cultural, which has its
own specialties and medieval auras of Nepali history. And among the treasured
legacy that still survives in the ancient city of Bhaktapur is pottery. Pottery
is a cottage industry and family occupation for some 600 Prajapatis living in
and around the area rightly named “Pottery Square” that lies within the
Bhaktapur Durbar Square premises.
