Testy Malpuwa Recipe

Malpuwas is a kinds of bread or pancake, which can serve for breakfast. It is make by wheat flour or corn flour. This is very important in newari culture.

Method to make Malpuwas

1: Take some wheat flour and add boil milk and mix well
2: Add some sugar, cardamom and fennel powder
3: Cover with steel paper and late for well
4: Heat the ghee in a non stick pain,
5: pour a laddleful of the mixture into the hot ghee then deep fry on a high flame till golden brown in colour in both sides.
6: Repeat the same staps to make more malpuas
7: Serve immediately.
