“HALUWABED” in Nepali language is
popular within Kathmandu valley due to its taste,
good appearance and it’s uses in various festivals.
The existing varieties of Nepali persimmon have
rather bitter than the Japanese varieties, which
could be the reason why it is mostly limited in the
Kathmandu valley only.....
