Dhindo is a traditional Nepali food also called Nepali
Polenta. Dhindo Food is made by boiling water and continuously mixing in flours
of corn, buckwheat or millets. It is healthier than the rice that is consumed
daily in Nepalese households. Due to an agricultural country Nepal, most of
people in mountain area, they eat a main meal.
It is easy to cook, at first boil the water in a deep container and
slowly add the corn flours in to the water, stir constantly with spoon for 9/10
minutes. When it chance in brown colour then, it is ready to eat. We can eat
with chicken soup or vegetable soup.
